Terms and Conditions

ORDER TIMELINE

Our company handcrafts all products within 7-10 business days.

Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time. 

On each listing look for the, “This item ships within ‘  –  ‘ days,” for the correct order timeline at the top of each listing.

MADE TO ORDER VS. PRE-MADE ITEMS

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready and processed within 1-3 business days while the made-to-order products take 7-10 business days to be created for you. 

HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

The wallet chain you receive might vary slightly in color from the product picture due to the nature of different anodizing color batches, and your product being 100% handmade.

WALLET CHAIN CARE

Care for your new wallet chain by:

For a light wash, use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the chain and clasps.

Should the wallet chain become dull from every day wear, use a mild soap and water to gently lather your chain only. Do not submerge clasps in soapy water as this can cause rust. Rinse chain under cool water and dry with a microfiber towel, or flannel cloth. If your clasps get wet during cleaning, use a blow dryer or fan to thoroughly dry the clasp connections.

Do not use any jewelry dipping solutions, or compounds to avoid removal of anodized surface color. 

YOUR PRODUCTS CAN BE DAMAGED IF:

  • Using jewelry dips and solutions on anodized surfaces. 
  • Getting your wallet chain caught on a chair or motorcycle. 
  • Being involved in a motorcycle accident

WALLET CHAIN LENGTHS

We currently offer 3 standard lengths of chain. There are three parts to each chain. The 2 clasps – 1 attaches to the belt loop and 1 attaches to the wallet. The 3rd part is the chain. The length of your chain starts from the end of the 1st clasp and ends at the end of the 2nd clasp. This is what is meant by “lengths from end to end.”

  • 20″ lengths from end to end 
  • 25″ lengths from end to end
  • 30″ lengths from end to end

WARRANTY

JS WALLET CHAINS guarantee your wallet chain for one year. Under this guarantee should any part prove defective in either materials or craftsmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge.

Return the chain together with its proof of purchase directly to JS WALLET CHAINS.

The warranty does not cover any damage as the result of mishandling, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Each order is packed and shipped in an 8″ x 8″ x 4″ box to avoid small items from being lost or stolen. Once the package reaches its destination, it has the potential to be stolen if left on the porch or doorstep for too long. If you live in an area that is known for stolen packages you can request a signature for delivery of your package to ensure that you’ll receive it. Avoid theft at no extra charge to you.

If you aren’t available at the time of delivery, your package will be held for you at your local Post Office. 

SHIPPING

Shipping within the USA

Our company ships with the following carriers: USPS First Class Mail (insurance will be automatically added for this class), and USPS Priority Mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all international products through USPS Priority. JS Wallet Chains is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during the importation of your package.

COST CALCULATIONS

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

TIMELINE

We currently do not offer expedited shipping.

RETURNS

I will accept returns to faulty or items damaged during parcel. In this case, you must contact me within 7 days of receiving of your order by email at cs@jswalletchains.com.

A returns form is included with each wallet chain purchase. I’ve also included a downloadable form below in case you need another one.

Our policy lasts 7 days and starts from the time you’ve received your order. If any issues with your order have not been reported within 7 days of receiving it, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund, or exchange.

To return your product, please ship your item(s) to Jamie Santellano – JS Wallet Chains, 19425 Soledad Canyon Rd. #225 Canyon Country, CA 91351.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If granted a refund, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid for the item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective.

Gift cards

Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

REFUNDS

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@jswalletchains.com.

SALE ITEMS 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@jswalletchains.com and send your item to Jamie Santellano – JS Wallet Chains, 19425 Soledad Canyon Rd. #225, Canyon Country, CA 91351.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
